Show up in the map pack when someone nearby is ready to buy.

Get your business into the Google Maps pack for the searches that actually bring customers through your door.

What this is

When someone searches “dentist near me” or “best biryani in Bukit Jalil”, Google shows three businesses in a map box before it shows anything else. That box gets the majority of the clicks. Everything below it is fighting for scraps.

Getting into that box is not the same job as ranking a blog post. It runs on different signals — your Google Business Profile, how consistently your name, address and phone number appear across the web, how close you are to the searcher, and what your reviews say. Most small businesses have never touched any of it.

That’s the gap I work in. It’s unglamorous, it’s mostly checklist work, and it moves the phone-call number faster than almost anything else you could spend the same hours on.

What’s included

Everything in the programme.

Google Business Profile rebuild

Categories, services, attributes, hours, service area, photos and description — rewritten from scratch against what's actually ranking in your area, not filled in from guesswork.

Local keyword map

The searches your customers actually type, mapped to the page that should answer each one. You'll see the list, including the ones I decided not to chase and why.

Citation audit and cleanup

Every directory listing your business appears in, checked for a matching name, address and phone number. Inconsistent listings quietly hold back rankings and nobody tells you.

On-page localisation

Titles, headings, service pages and schema markup adjusted so Google can connect your website to your physical location without having to guess.

Review generation system

A repeatable way to ask for reviews that doesn't feel like begging — plus response templates, including for the bad ones. Reviews are a ranking factor and a conversion factor at the same time.

Baseline and monthly report

Where you ranked before I started, where you rank now, and what changed. Plain language. If a number went down I'll tell you that too.

My process

How the work actually runs.

01

Measure before touching anything

I record your current map-pack positions for every target keyword, your profile's completeness, and your existing citations. Without a baseline, nobody can tell whether the work did anything — including me.

02

Fix the profile first

The Google Business Profile is the highest-leverage asset in local search and the one most businesses have half-finished. This is usually where the first movement comes from, often within two to three weeks.

03

Fix the website behind it

Location signals, service pages, internal links and LocalBusiness schema. The profile gets you into the box; the website is what convinces Google you deserve to stay there.

04

Report, then repeat

Rankings move slowly and unevenly. Every month I send you the same numbers in the same format so you can see the trend, not a snapshot chosen to look good.

Proof

Results from this service.

No case study for this service yet.

Honest answer: I haven’t run this for a paying client yet. What I do have is the work on my own site — hypothesis, method and numbers, published in full.

How we'd work together

Priced before we start, not after.

You get a written scope and a fixed number before any work begins, so there is no invoice at the end that surprises you. If the job turns out to be bigger than we thought, I tell you at the point I find out — not when the bill arrives.

FAQs

Common questions about Local SEO.

How long before I see results?

Google Business Profile changes can move within two to three weeks. Citation cleanup and on-page work take longer — usually two to three months before the trend is clear. Anyone promising faster than that is either lucky or lying, and you can't build a business on either.

You don't have client case studies yet. Why should I trust you?

You shouldn't trust me on claims — there aren't any to check. What you can check is my method. I publish every experiment I run on my own site with the hypothesis, the numbers and the parts that failed. Read one, and you'll know exactly how I think before you ever speak to me. That's a fairer basis for a decision than a testimonial you can't verify.

What do you need from me to start?

Access to your Google Business Profile, access to your website, and about thirty minutes on a call so I understand which services actually make you money. That's it. I do the rest and send you the work to review.

Can you guarantee first position?

No, and neither can anyone else. Position in the map pack depends partly on how close the searcher is standing to your business, which no consultant controls. What I can commit to is doing every controllable thing correctly and showing you the measurement.

Why is this free at the moment?

Because I need case studies more than I need the money right now. I take on a small number of projects at no cost on one condition: I get to publish what happened, including anything that didn't work. You get the work for free. I get proof I can stand behind. Once the case studies exist, the price starts.
