It’s a monthly retainer covering GBP optimization, on-page local SEO fixes, citations, review strategy and monthly reporting — 3-month minimum term, then month-to-month.

How the retainer works

This is a monthly retainer — a fixed fee within RM800–1,200, agreed upfront based on your scope. There’s a 3-month minimum initial term, then it continues month-to-month — either of us can end it with 30 days’ written notice, starting any time from month 3 onward, so the earliest it can end is right at the 3-month mark.

RM800–1,200/month is my current intro rate. If my rates ever change for new clients, that’s a separate list-price decision on my side — it wouldn’t change your rate mid-term without your agreement.

What gets reported each month is something I’ll walk through before you sign anything — no surprises either direction.

Questions about Local SEO pricing.

Do you guarantee a #1 ranking or more leads?

No — and you should be careful of anyone who promises that. Google's ranking factors aren't fully public and change constantly. What I can commit to is the actual work each month: GBP optimization, on-page fixes, citations and review strategy, reported honestly so you can see what's happening.

Can I cancel if it's not working?

There's a 3-month minimum initial term — long enough for early signs to show, though full local SEO results usually take 3–6 months. From month 3 onward, you can give 30 days' written notice at any time, so the earliest it can end is right at the 3-month mark.

Will my rate go up later?

Not without your agreement. RM800–1,200/month is my current intro rate for the length of your term. If my pricing changes for new clients in future, that doesn't change what you're already paying mid-term.

What's actually included each month?

Google Business Profile optimization and posting, on-page local SEO fixes, citation building, a review strategy, and a monthly report so you can see exactly what changed and what it's leading to.
