Websites built in days, not months.

Fast, hand-reviewed websites for local businesses — built by someone who knows what makes them rank.

Selected work

Every one of these is live, and open.

  • Serdang Family Dental Concept build
    Clinic website

    Serdang Family Dental

A dental clinic that was invisible on Google Maps. Rebuilt so the site answers the search people actually type — and loads before they lose patience.

HTML CSS grid Vanilla JS LocalBusiness schema

Built using the local ranking factors I identified in experiment 002 — primary category, search term in the business name, and load speed.

I take on a small number of projects at a time, so the ones I do get proper attention.

I read and build the web too — so I brief developers precisely and ship landing pages that convert.

Most small business websites take three months and cost more than they return. Not because the work is hard — because of meetings, revisions, and agencies billing by the hour.

I build with AI assistance, which means a site that used to take six weeks takes one. What I don’t do is ship what the AI hands me. Generative tools produce sites with no schema markup, oversized images, and page titles that say “Home” — all three of which quietly cost you search visibility, and none of which the tool will warn you about.

That’s the part I’m actually selling. The speed is the tool. Knowing what to keep is the job, and it comes from doing the marketing side first.

What you get

Every build ships with these.

Built for search from the first line

LocalBusiness schema, correct page titles, real heading structure. Not bolted on after launch — designed in, because retrofitting SEO costs more than doing it right.

Loads in under two seconds

Compressed images, no bloated frameworks, no page builder overhead. Speed is a local ranking factor and a conversion factor at the same time.

Works properly on a phone

Built mobile-first, because that's where local searches happen. Tested on a real device, not just a browser window made narrow.

WhatsApp booking built in

One tap from the page to a chat with you, with the enquiry already written. In Malaysia this converts better than any contact form.

Every file is yours

Plain HTML, CSS and JavaScript in a repository you own. No monthly platform fee, no lock-in, and any developer can pick it up.

Reviewed line by line

AI drafts it, I read all of it. Anything I can't explain doesn't ship — which is the only way the speed doesn't cost you quality.

How it runs

From first message to live site.

01

We agree what it must do

Not what it should look like. Bookings, enquiries, being found for one specific search. One call, thirty minutes, and I'll tell you if I'm the wrong person.

02

I check your search position first

Before any design, I look at where you currently rank and what your competitors are doing. That decides the site structure, not my taste.

03

Build and review

You see it live within days, not at the end. Two rounds of changes included, because the third round is usually someone changing their mind rather than fixing a problem.

04

Live, with the keys handed over

Deployed, indexed, and you get the repository. I'll walk you through updating it yourself if you want to.

FAQs

Questions people actually ask.

Do you use AI to build these?

Yes, and I'd be suspicious of anyone in 2026 who says they don't. It's how a site takes one week instead of six. What matters is what happens next: I read every line before it ships. AI will hand you a site with no schema markup, a 4MB header image and a page title that says "Home" — and it won't tell you any of that is a problem. Catching it is the job I'm actually doing.

What does it cost?

Right now, nothing. I'm taking on a small number of builds free of charge in exchange for permission to publish the code and the results. You get a working site. I get a portfolio piece I can stand behind. Once there are enough of those, the price starts.

How long does it take?

A straightforward business site: one to two weeks from our first call. Anything with booking logic or a lot of pages: three to four. I'll give you a date at the start and tell you early if it's going to move.

Can I update it myself afterwards?

Yes. You get the full repository, and I'll show you how to change text and images. If you'd rather not touch it, I can handle updates — but you're never locked in, and you're never paying a monthly fee just to keep the site online.

Why not just use Wix or Squarespace?

For some businesses you should — if you need a site this week and nobody is searching for you, a builder is fine. Where they cost you is speed and control: a page builder ships a lot of code you don't need, and you can't fix that. If ranking in local search matters to your business, that difference is worth paying attention to.

Not what it should look like — what it needs to achieve. Bookings, enquiries, being found for one particular search. I’ll tell you honestly whether I’m the right person for it.
